The Actively Validated Service (AVS) in the InfiniRoute system is a stateless framework designed to ensure secure and transparent metadata management. Utilizing Othentic's Stateless AVS framework, the AVS records all inference requests onchain, creating a transparent audit trail and supporting accurate billing processes.
Functionality
Stateless Design: The AVS operates without maintaining any internal state, making it highly scalable and efficient. It processes metadata and facilitates its recording onchain without storing stateful data locally.
Onchain Recording: Metadata from inference requests is prepared for onchain storage, ensuring all details are securely and immutably logged. This process supports the creation of a transparent and verifiable audit trail.
Task Management: The AVS framework uses a network of operators to execute and validate tasks. Each task is submitted through the Othentic Task Consensus, which validates the task and provides "Proof of Task" to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
Billing Support: By tracking the usage and performance of models, the AVS aids in precise billing, ensuring users are charged correctly based on their usage patterns and model selections.
Benefits
Security: Ensures that all metadata is stored in a tamper-proof manner, leveraging blockchain technology for secure and immutable records.
Verifiability: Provides a clear and auditable trail of all inference activities, enhancing trust and accountability in the system.
Accurate Billing: Supports detailed tracking of model usage and performance, facilitating precise and transparent billing processes for users.
By integrating the AVS, InfiniRoute not only enhances the security and transparency of metadata management but also ensures efficient and accurate billing, making it a robust and trustworthy component of the overall system architecture.
